My Story
Over the years, we’ve held several Scentsy party fundraisers, and our supporters always showed up for them. No matter what changes, people still need warmers, wax, laundry care, and gifts.
After our most recent fundraiser, our Scentsy sponsor, Wendy, asked a simple question:
“Why don’t you just join Scentsy yourselves so you can run these anytime you want?”
It made perfect sense.
At Husky Halfway House, we’re always working toward one big goal: sustainability. With more than 160 huskies depending on us every single day, we’re constantly looking for ways to support them that don’t rely solely on donations. Adding Scentsy to what we do felt like a natural fit. It gives us high-quality items we can use for thrift shop inventory, giveaways, sweepstakes and supporter gifts. Plus, it creates steady, reliable income that helps keep the rescue running.
I joined Scentsy not because I needed a new business, but because people already loved these products, and they’ve consistently helped the huskies through every party we’ve held. This simply allows us to offer those items year-round, on our own terms, while moving closer to the sustainable model we’ve been building.
